Sekiro Shadows Die Twice contains Gainsay Styles (Skill Sets). You can too get private Gainsay Arts (gainsay skills) from merchants. Ashina Arts

Warning: This is missable, the NPC that gives this combat art disappears later in the game.

Location: Ashina Outskirts – Ashina Castle Gate

Requirement: After defeating the first main boss "Gyoubu Oniwa" (guy on horse), you will reach the Ashina Castle Gate idol. From where the boss fight happened, see the battleground and up some stairs (not the stairs by the idol, the ones on the other side of the battlefield). At that place you'll find a friendly samurai within a building. He'due south called Tengu and gives you the "Rats" side quest (Screenshot 1 beneath). These are individual skills bought from merchants and dropped by certain bosses. These are NOT needed for the "Height of Technique" trophy and accomplishment (acquired all Skills).
